The Philadelphia Theatre Co. is set to premiere its first produced work in about two
years – the latest signal the organization is amid its second act since the play is the first
under new leadership, and since the organization took a gap year to reorganize following its emergence from financial
struggles.
To keep momentum going, its two leaders have a few ideas to diversify revenue and create new business models.
